Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

We’re a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with over $1B in AUM, focused on office and industrial assets, and we’re looking for a hands-on Asset Manager who wants to operate—not just oversee.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with leadership, with responsibility across both asset performance and select acquisitions.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day asset performance across a diversified office & industrial portfolio
- Drive NOI growth through leasing strategy, expense control, and execution
- Work directly with property managers, brokers, and vendors to actively operate assets
- Lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and lease negotiations
- Build and manage budgets, reforecasts, and asset-level financial models
- Support acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence, and execution
- Assist with refinancing, dispositions, and investor reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years in commercial real estate (asset management, acquisitions, or operations)
- Direct experience with office and/or industrial assets
- Strong financial and analytical skills (Excel required; ARGUS a plus)
- Background in a lean, entrepreneurial environment preferred
- Ownership mentality with the ability to execute and problem-solve in real time
Compensation (Phoenix | $1B Platform)
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 plus bonus
