We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our busy, system-oriented team. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to focus on high-quality patient care without the administrative burdens of ownership. You will be supported by a highly trained auxiliary team specializing in patient education, insurance coordination, and world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform a wide range of general dentistry, including restorative (fillings, crowns/bridges), endodontics, oral surgery (extractions), and emergency care.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize state-of-the-art technology (Cone Beam CT, digital impressions) to diagnose and create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on oral-systemic health and build long-term relationships based on mutual trust and open communication.
- Collaborative Treatment: Work alongside a team of experienced mentor dentists to manage complex cases and provide a "full-service" experience for patients.
- Professional Development: Maintain clinical excellence by staying current with new techniques and pursuing continuing education in areas of interest (e.g., Implants, IV Sedation, TMD).
Required Qualifications Education:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure:
- Active (or eligibility for) Wisconsin Dental License. or Experience: Open to all experience levels.
- Recent graduates are welcome and will benefit from one-on-one coaching and mentorship. Candidates with GPR/AEGD or military experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: Base Salary $180,000 quarterly and annual commission/bonuses based on performance.
Paid Lab Fees Mentorship: Direct access to senior doctors for consulting on advanced cases. CE Support: Encouragement and support for continuing education in specialized disciplines (Implants, Sedation, etc.)
