RV Park Maintenance Technician
Join Our Team!
We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our RV park safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and residents. If you enjoy variety in your workday, take pride in a job well done, and like working outdoors, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay & Hours: $15–$18/hour, based on experience | 20–25 hours per week | Weekday mornings
What You'll Do:
- Kick off each day with a walkthrough of the park — picking up trash, spotting maintenance needs, and helping enforce park rules
- Keep our pool sparkling and safe by testing water chemistry and adding chemicals as needed
- Handle basic plumbing repairs, including minor leaks and water line issues
- Help maintain our grounds and trees through trimming, debris removal, and general landscaping
- Take care of minor road and site repairs to keep surfaces safe and accessible
- Daily cleaning of bathhouses, restrooms, laundry room, and office
- Clear drainage ditches to prevent flooding and water damage
- Jump in on special projects and property improvements alongside park management
- Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance records organized and in good shape
- Opportunity for additional paid hours cleaning our small VRBO cabins
What We're Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, and general maintenance
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Friendly communicator who works well as part of a team
- Maintenance or campground/RV park experience a plus, but not required
