POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the House Person/ Common Area role entails making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms in the hotel common areas, emptying trash and ensuring new toiletries provided by the hotel are in their appropriate places. They support the Housekeepers with their daily tasks and follow instructions from the Executive Housekeeper.
Wage Range is $18.50 - $21.75 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Discretionary annual bonus program

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

- o Excellent communication skills
- o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
- o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM
- o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
