POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the accounting clerk maintains high levels of audit records and detailed presentation of all inhouse record keeping. They work closely with the Front Desk Night Auditor, research discrepancies, track both accounting and hiring deadlines carefully, accounts payable, ensure records are reviewed and stored in entirety, they advise team members of areas of accounting procedural improvements and answer all guest and vendor billing questions as needed. Various record keeping including, but not limited to, employee administration.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent. College degree is preferred.

COMPENSATION:
Starting wage is $23.00 per hour
Wage Range is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
