SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – STADIUM location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Night Audit position. An exciting environment in the heart of incredible sports hub Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. The hotel features 211 guest rooms and suites, with over 3,000 sq/ft of meeting space, along with great tastes and spirits at our Jimmy’s on First restaurant.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Director of Front Office, the Night Auditor is responsible for welcoming our guests, answer phones, check in or check out, and assisting with reservations. The Night Auditor also works to balance guest and hotel transactions, prepare reports, and the general safety and security for the hotel and guests.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
o Excellent organizational skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
o Ability to work the Graveyard shift, 11PM to 7AM
o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
o Ability to review reports for accuracy, mathematically and completeness
EXPERIENCE:
o Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit – Preferred
o Worked Graveyard Shift >1 Year - Preferred
EDUCATION:
o High School Diploma or its equivalent
COMPENSATION
Starting wage is $22.00. Wage Range is $22.50 - $27.85 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
