Full Job Description
The Silver Cloud Hotel Portland is seeking a hospitality professional to add to our Front Desk team. We are a boutique hotel that focuses on friendliness and cleanliness. The job will be for 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts and require weekend availability. Must be available all days.
As a Front Desk Agent you will need to provide superior service to our guests. Some of the duties include generating reports, changing/charging guest folios, managing a busy telephone, proper handling of cash, making reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel and providing local information to travelers staying with us.
If you are passionate about providing great guest service, have superior communication skills and the ability to multitask we want to talk to you.
