Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing Personal Care Services and hands-on care in a professional capacity
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage with care recipients, families, and team members effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and respectful interactions
- Certification as a PCA or equivalent qualification
- Compassionate nature and an understanding of dementia and patients' unique needs
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus
- CPR or first aid certification is advantageous
