GateWay at River City is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our Clinical Team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage medication orders and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate documentation
- Coordinate care by completing admissions, assessments, transfers, and discharges
- Follow up with service providers to ensure resident needs are met
- Educate and support residents and families on care plans and health needs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and families
- Support and oversee QMAs and CNAs, assisting with resident care as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current LPN license in good standing
- Healthcare experience, preferably in senior living
- Two or more years working with seniors is helpful
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to care
