Silver Birch Living is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Director to support our Fort Wayne-area communities. In this high-impact role, you’ll help more seniors discover the benefits of affordable assisted living while building strong community partnerships and driving sustainable occupancy growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, move-ins, and occupancy growth
• Build trusted relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, prospective residents, and families
• Strengthen Silver Birch Living’s visibility throughout the Fort Wayne market
• Educate the community about affordable assisted living and help families understand their available options
• Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, events, and lead generation
• Support community sales teams and promote consistent sales practices across the market
• Represent Silver Birch Living with energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving older adults
• Track sales activity, monitor results, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• At least three years of successful sales experience in senior living preferred or the healthcare industry
• A proven track record of increasing occupancy, generating leads, and achieving sales goals
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to advocating for residents and families
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• A creative, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities
• Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
