What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide quality customer service in a safe, homelike environment
- Protect and promote resident rights

What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience providing quality customer service face-to-face and via telephone
- Prior experience working with a senior population (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly, ability to establish confidence and trust with our residents
