What You’ll Be Doing

• Take care of general maintenance and repairs around the community
• Fix everyday items like lighting, paint, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
• Help move, assemble, or install furniture and equipment
• Assist with resident transportation and support housekeeping when needed
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare or multi-unit buildings
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys helping others
