IT Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented IT Manager to help keep our teams connected and our systems running smoothly across both our corporate office and senior living communities. If you enjoy a mix of strategy, troubleshooting, and collaboration—and you like making technology easier for everyone—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Make sure our hardware, devices, and systems are set up, updated, and working the way they should
• Support team members with everyday tech needs—email, apps, connectivity, and general troubleshooting
• Keep our networks, communication tools, and cybersecurity practices strong and reliable
• Train staff on best practices and lead IT onboarding for new hires
• Manage the IT budget and help us make smart technology investments
• Partner with third-party vendors and our IT Security Manager to ensure system reliability and compliance
• Help roll out new tools, software, and technology upgrades
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 5 years of IT management experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused, approachable style
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight, and a valid driver’s license

• Experience with SharePoint, NetSuite, or healthcare IT systems
