- Indiana nursing license with 3 years of experience leading a clinical team
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
