Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver (CNA/HCA), you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that provides hands-on care and meaningful companionship to residents.
Daily tasks include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Helping residents move safely and comfortably.
- Providing medication assistance per nurse delegation and policy.
- Serving meals and assisting during mealtimes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment.
- Reporting changes in condition and communicating with the nurse and management team.
- Responding to emergencies calmly and promptly.
- Promoting dignity, privacy, and respect for each resident.
Requirements
Active Washington State CNA or HCA license (Required) – must be in good standing.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
12 hours of continuing education per year (Required).
Preferred (but not required):
- Dementia & Mental Health Specialty Training
- Nurse Delegation Certification
- Prior Adult Family Home or long-term care experience
