THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Investor Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our Limited Partners (LPs), managing all aspects of communication and relationship management. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of private equity fund operations, strong financial and technical skills, and a proactive, flexible approach. You will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the firm's reputation by providing exceptional service and accurate information to our investors.

RESPONSIBILITIES


· LP Communication and Service: Act as the main point of contact for LPs, responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests for information in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of questions, from routine fund updates to complex data requests.


· Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful data related to fund performance, including Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC), internal rate of return (IRR), and other key metrics.


· SEC Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and marketing materials adhere to SEC marketing rules. You will work closely with the legal and compliance teams to review documents and maintain a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.


· Fundraising and Executive Support: Play a key role in the successful fundraise for Siltstone’s third legal finance fund. You will be responsible for preparing investor-facing materials and supporting the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in all aspects of the fundraising process.


· Due Diligence Support: Coordinate and prepare materials for prospective investors during the due diligence process. This includes compiling data, creating presentations, and responding to extensive due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).


· Operational Excellence: Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes to manage and track investor interactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.


· Adaptability and Prioritization: Demonstrate flexibility to handle unplanned or urgent requests with a calm and organized approach. You must be able to correctly prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines, particularly during reporting periods or fundraising cycles.



QUALIFICATIONS


· Technical Acumen: Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong grasp of financial statements and performance metrics relevant to private equity funds.


· Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEC marketing rules and regulations governing investor communications for private funds.


· Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of accuracy.


· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to both sophisticated and less experienced investors.


· Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).


· Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, or a financial advisory.
