Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning in specific areas as required.
- Maintain custodial standards in accordance with company as well as state policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
