The Air Force (AF) Lead Refinement Call Center (LRCC) is responsible for reviewing applicants’ eligibilities and giving guidance on the next step in the recruiting process as well as answering applicants’ questions about AF and Space Force (SF) benefits. LRCC will effectively prequalify clients based on current AFRS guidelines. Best qualities for this advisor include providing world class customer service, professional work ethic when answering chats and phone calls, positive attitude towards all customers, and always working with integrity in this remote position.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain proficient knowledge of all recruiting qualification criteria and benefits in accordance with current Regular Air Force, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves and Space Force regulations.
- Effectively prequalify clients based on current AFRS guidelines.
- Thoroughly prepare clear and concise information for dissemination to clients.
- Accurately provide guidance and information to clients.
- Effectively develop and maintain up-to-date information databases.
- Research and evaluate information for currency and relevancy.
- Conduct all personal interviews and fact gathering inquiries.
Qualifications
Experience
- 8 years of Air Force Service.
- 3 years of recruiter experience within the last 7 years.
- Must be honorably discharged.
- Knowledge of AF Programs to include: AFROTC, AFA, AIRMAN Education Commission Program (AECP), Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), OTS, Technical Training, College Loan Repayment Program (CLRP), Tuition Assistance (TA).
- Preferred: Military Entrance Processing (MEPS) liaison, Operations Non-Commission Officer (NCO), Officer Accessions (OA), Health Professions (HP), Flight Chief experience.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shift, M-F.

- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with the internet.
- Knowledge of internet protocols and online communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
