Responsibilities
- Identify and assess opportunities for workflow and process automation across business units.
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and system owners to integrate automation into enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with DHS and federal IT security standards in automation solutions.
- Create documentation and provide training for end users and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business automation, process improvement, or related role.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.
