Technical Project Manager

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

SiloSmashers is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support DHS IT projects. This person will manage day-to-day work across several technical teams, track schedules and deliverables, and work with government and contractor stakeholders to address issues that could affect delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across technical teams and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on decisions and action items.
• Identify delivery issues and work with the team to resolve them.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs.
• Support resource planning and review deliverables against contract requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of relevant experience supporting technical or federal IT programs.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with federal government customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
  
  

Experience with DHS, cloud or software modernization, Agile delivery, or a project management certification is preferred. A master's degree is also preferred.
