Position Summary:
As a PRN COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services that support residents’ independence and functional progress. Your role is key in helping our patients reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic treatments according to the occupational therapy plan of care
Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and progress
Document daily treatment notes and communicate patient status to the therapy team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care
Ensure treatments are compliant with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current COTA license in the state of Arkansas
Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and time-management skills
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
