What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Solutions Coordinator - Fall Hiring Class position at SiLo?
The Partner Solutions Coordinator is the foundational role at SiLo where you gain insight into the supply chain industry and learn the SiLo difference. PSCs are at the heart of our mission to redefine the perception and capabilities of a broker's role in the supply chain. PSCs see elevation to our New and Existing Sales teams following participation in our training program.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in extensive training covering the supply chain industry, company mission, internal tools, SiLo’s sales cycle, and core processes
- Proactively apply feedback, reflect on challenges, and commit to getting 1% better every day
- Build skills through delegation and mentorship from senior SiLo team members
- Efficiently book and build loads within SiLo’s proprietary systems
- Sell and negotiate shipments to carriers
- Maintain real-time oversight of shipments to ensure accuracy of details and timely delivery
- Manage communication over the phone and via email with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders regarding shipment details
- Maintain knowledge of SiLo’s service offerings and solutions
- Maintain consistent communication with other SiLo team members
- Report to our office in downtown Nashville, M-F 7 am-5 pm.
Preferred Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of Customer Service/Support experience
- Conversational in the Spanish language
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience is a plus, but not required
- College degree preferred, but not required
Compensation:
As a results-driven organization, we believe in rewarding our employees for their contributions. Following elevation from our training program(Partner Solutions Coordinator), in addition to your base salary, we offer an UNCAPPED commission structure for both our Existing and New Sales Teams. This approach ensures that your earnings directly reflect your actions and success.
New AND Existing Sales (Account Managers/Specialist Account Executive)
Year 1 - $75-$85k
Year 2 - $85k - $125k
Year 3 - Up to $160k in Existing Sales and potential to earn $200k in New Sales
