Silo Modern Farmhouse is looking for a passionate, skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We're a farm-to-table concept committed to sourcing fresh, local ingredients and delivering an elevated dining experience — and we need talented people who take pride in what they plate.
What You'll Do
- Execute a high-quality menu in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
- Prepare ingredients, maintain station cleanliness, and manage mise en place with precision
- Work closely with our culinary team to maintain consistency and quality across every dish
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
- 1 years of line cook experience (farm-to-table or scratch kitchen a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for food
- Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable
- Availability for nights and weekends (required)
