Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment? GracoRoberts is looking for a motivated Blending Operator I to join our team and support our resin formulation operations.
Location: Carson, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:
- MondayThursday: 5:30 AM 2:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
What Youll Do:
As a Blending Operator I, youll play a key role in our production process by:
- Weighing and measuring materials with precision
- Learning to interpret batch sheets and formulas
- Assisting with mixing operations under supervision
- Recording material quantities and process steps accurately
- Supporting visual checks for color and consistency
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces using 5S principles
- Following AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards

What You Bring:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Basic math, ability to read, write and understand English.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
