Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment? GracoRoberts is looking for a motivated Blending Operator I to join our team and support our resin formulation operations.

Location: Carson, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:

• MondayThursday: 5:30 AM 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

What Youll Do:

As a Blending Operator I, youll play a key role in our production process by:

• Weighing and measuring materials with precision
• Learning to interpret batch sheets and formulas
• Assisting with mixing operations under supervision
• Recording material quantities and process steps accurately
• Supporting visual checks for color and consistency
• Maintaining clean and organized workspaces using 5S principles
• Following AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
• Participating in safety and compliance training
  

What You Bring:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Basic math, ability to read, write and understand English.
• Eagerness to learn safety and compliance standards
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
