The EE role is hybrid remote/in-office, based in either of SilMan’s offices in Warren, Michigan, or Tupelo, Mississippi, to support SilMan’s national f

Travel will be required for this role, including, but not limited to, project sites, factory training, installation inspections, and system commissioning. Travel is not expected to exceed 35
% annually.
What Does the Electrical E
stimator Do?
The EE is responsible for defining the scope for electrical installation projects. Working from conceptual layouts, equipment lists, and customer discussions, the estimator develops installation concepts, determines required electrical infrastructure, and prepares comprehensive proje
