What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle maintenance and service needs in our Quick Lane department
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Review inspection results and recommend maintenance services
- Prepare and explain repair orders to customers in a friendly, transparent manner
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
