Responsibilities
- Perform Laser hair removal treatments using the Candela G Max Pro Machine.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Use salon software systems like Day Smart to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage treatment plans efficiently.
- Provide thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for results.
- Communicate clearly with clients about post-treatment care instructions and follow-up procedures to maximize satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in laser technology and skincare treatments to continually enhance service quality.
Experience
- 2 years prior experience using the Candela Laser Machine.
- Knowledge of Laser hair removal.
- Familiarity with salon management software like Day Smart for scheduling and client management.
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a clinical or salon environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual needs.
