Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead product release programs and enterprise client implementation rollouts for the LedgerGuard platform.
This role will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex software initiatives across engineering, product management, QA, and customer teams.
You will drive software release cycles, enterprise deployments, and cross functional coordination to ensure predictable delivery and successful client outcomes.
This position follows a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in our New Jersey office.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Release Management• Lead planning and execution of software release cycles
• Manage release scope, schedules, and cross team dependencies
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
• Conduct release readiness reviews and risk mitigation planning
• Ensure successful production deployments and post release monitoring
Client Implementation Rollouts• Lead enterprise client onboarding and platform implementation programs
• Develop implementation roadmaps and rollout timelines
• Coordinate with solution architects, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Ensure successful go live delivery and post implementation stabilization
Program Governance• Establish project plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks
• Track delivery progress through KPIs and stakeholder reporting
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and cross team dependencies
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and enterprise clients
Qualifications• 10 years of experience in project or program management within software or SaaS environments
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software releases or platform implementations
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery models
• Experience coordinating engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and customer success teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications• Experience with ERP systems or financial technology platforms
• Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial systems
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
