Responsibilities
- Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Enhance forecasting tools, reporting processes, and overall efficiency
- Support cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities, modeling scenarios, and recommending actions
- Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed
- Support the monthly close by analyzing sales performance, gross margin, and key variances versus forecast and prior periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers, including pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel trends
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and investigate drivers of unexpected variances
- 4–7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
