Fundraising Manager
About SVCS
Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving property Owners in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
Purpose of This Position
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead efforts in securing funds for the acquisition of a new property in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, donor engagement, and capital campaigns, Retail Investors, Angel Investors, Institutional Investors.
Compensation and Benefits
- Significant portion of 2.5% commission paid by Seller to SVCS (Buyers Agent) utilizing SVCS’s California real estate license (Around $65,000 per deal)
- Remote team supporting this position including Project Manager and Marketing Manager
- Recognition on SVCS’s website
- Access to database with subscriptions cost in excess of $30,000 annually

o Distressed asset database
Candidate Responsibilities
- Job type-Hybrid
o No fixed hours
o May need to travel with President for fund raising opportunities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on acquiring a new property.
- Identify and cultivate major donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities related to real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Plan and coordinate capital campaigns, fundraising events, and outreach programs.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to support fundraising efforts.
