Enterprise Sales Account Executive – Healthcare
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite 4–5 days/week)
We are partnering with a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company that builds AI-driven solutions for patient engagement and care navigation. With over $80M raised and a strong product-market fit, the team is expanding quickly and seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive to lead growth within health plans and large/mid-sized health systems.
What You’ll Do
· Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting → qualification → deal negotiation → close.
· Build and expand relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers across health systems and health plans.
· Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles (often 6–12 months).
· Consistently achieve and exceed quota targets (7-figure deal sizes).
· Partner with internal teams (solutions, product, marketing) to shape proposals and drive adoption.
· Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
· Act as a trusted advisor—translating complex healthcare AI solutions into clear, impactful value for enterprise customers.
What We’re Looking For
5–6 years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology (SaaS/EHR/AI solutions).
2–3 years as an Enterprise AE specifically in health tech.
Strong track record of quota attainment (100% ) and career progression (BDR → AE).
Experience selling to health systems and health plans with 7-figure deals closed.
Skilled in outbound, hunter-driven sales; thrives in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
Excellent communication and executive presence; proven ability to influence C-level leaders.
Local to San Francisco or willing to relocate (onsite 4–5 days/week).
Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and client visits.
Nice-to-Haves
· Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy experience.
· Previous startup sales experience.
· Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $160K–210K
OTE: $320K–420K (uncapped commission)
