What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Resources Planning Manager position at Silicon Fen Resourcing?
ERP Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
$115,000 to $128,000 benefits
Miami, hybrid
Lead the build-out of D365 Business Central across an international group.
My global client is investing in its ERP systems function and is recruiting for a skilled professional to own its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. This is a great opportunity to lead the rollout of D365 BC across the US, Latin America, and Europe. It is a rare brief: a genuine global build, with the autonomy and visibility to match.
This role requires experience with Dynamics BC or Dynamics NAV and would ideally suit someone who combines technical knowledge with the collaborative, business-facing skill set to drive real adoption and engagement. It could be that you have already led Business Central implementations and would like to own a new end-to-end implementation. But equally, if you are a strong Business Central professional wanting more responsibility and a broader remit, this is an ideal opportunity. In either case, you will have access to senior leadership, the opportunity to set direction, the scope, and the support you need. What is most important is that you have the appetite to take ownership and the judgment to lead well.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the Business Central platform and leading its implementation across multiple international sites.
- Running rollout and improvement work end-to-end, from requirements through delivery to post go-live support.
- Managing implementation partners while building the in-house capability to enhance and support the system directly.
- Working across finance, operations, and the wider business to turn what they need into practical solutions.
- Setting the standards, documentation, and ways of working that a growing, multi-site group depends on.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- A track record of contributing to or leading Business Central implementations or rollouts, not only day-to-day support.
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-country or similarly complex environments, or the clear potential to step into one.
- The ability to manage an implementation partner and hold them to account.
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly with technical and non-technical people alike, and stays composed when priorities shift.
Relevant certifications, such as MB-800, would be beneficial but are not essential.
You will need to be authorized to work in the US. The role is Miami-based and hybrid.
We believe this is an exciting opportunity to lead change within an organisation that values adaptable, entrepreneurial individuals who take ownership. If you're looking for a job where you can make a meaningful contribution and own a global platform as it is built out, then please apply with a current resume as soon as possible.
