Production Technician- What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on manufacturing role where no two days are exactly the same. You may work across different areas of production and learn multiple processes as you grow with the company.
Responsibilities may include:
- Casting and forming ceramic components
- Green finishing and tooling work
- Mixing materials and preparing batches
- Quality inspection and measurement
- Furnace loading/unloading
- Packaging and shipping finished products
- Supporting 5S organization and workplace cleanliness
- Assisting with preventive maintenance and inventory tasks
- Recording production information and basic data entry
- Working safely while helping your team hit production goals

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Manufacturing, construction, automotive, farm, trade, or other hands-on experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Willingness to learn blueprint reading and measuring tools like calipers
- Available to work assigned hours and overtime when needed
