This role involves a variety of tasks across our manufacturing process, including casting, green finishing, tooling, mixing, inspection, furnace loading/unloading, and packaging/shipping. Candidates should be team-oriented, accurate, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Follow established work instructions and safety guidelines to complete production tasks
Operate within the production schedule to meet performance and delivery goals
Proactively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Identify and report quality issues in a timely manner
Assist in 5S (workplace organization), preventive maintenance, and inventory tasks
Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry
Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3–6 months of experience in a manufacturing or hands-on work environment preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn blueprint reading and basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers)
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Must be able to work assigned hours and be available for overtime when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
