Linguist

We are seeking a Linguist to lead corpus development, localization, and quality assurance across interpretation, translation and localization, and language research and analysis initiatives. This role will manage projects independently, work with the internal language services team and academic or research partners, and support accurate handling of specific language pairs and technical or scientific terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain linguistic corpora to support language research, analysis, translation, and localization.
• Perform linguistic analysis across assigned language pairs and technical or scientific domains.
• Manage terminology and promote consistent usage across language projects.
• Support interpretation, translation, and localization activities.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of linguistic content and deliverables.
• Use CAT tools to support efficient, consistent project execution.
• Own linguistic projects independently from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with the internal language services team and academic or research partners.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in linguistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
• Experience with linguistic analysis.
• Experience with terminology management.
• Knowledge of corpus linguistics.
• Proficiency with CAT tools.
