We are seeking a Rough In Plumber to support residential new construction projects across multiple local sites. This hands-on role focuses on installing and preparing plumbing systems during the rough-in phase, working from blueprints and coordinating work across active job sites. An apprentice-level plumber is acceptable, and participation in an on-call rotation is expected.ResponsibilitiesPerform rough-in piping for residential new constructionInstall DWV and water supply systems according to plans and code requirementsRead and interpret blueprints to lay out piping routes and fixture locationsRun and connect water supply lines, including PEX and manifold systemsInstall piping using common rough-in materials and methods (PEX/manifold, copper solder/braze, cast iron no-hub)Maintain and care for tools and equipment used on the jobRequirementsExperience installing DWV and water supply systemsAbility to read and work from blueprintsApprentice-level licensing acceptable (as required in the jurisdiction)Ability to travel between multiple local job sites and participate in an on-call rotationBasic hand tools required (employee-supplied)High school diploma or GED (preferred)Nice-to-Haves2 years of residential or commercial rough-in plumbing experienceCompany DescriptionWe're a small start-up that's always inspired by our beach view!
