Your Daily Adventures
- Issue day-to-day invoices and manually process invoices for scrap metal sales and miscellaneous shipments
- Analyze and rectify production work orders and inventory discrepancies; conclude production orders
- Contribute to monthly inventory activities, ensuring accurate WIP and raw material inventory documentation
- Oversee month-end closing responsibilities such as journal generation and General Ledger support
- Ensure seamless coding for accounts payable and transfer payments to appropriate ledger accounts
- Secure necessary approvals for payment processing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- Three years of experience in manufacturing-related accounting
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and related Office tools
- Expertise in manufacturing accounting, including budgeting and variance analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication talents
