What You Will Do:
- Supervise and support union employees in the production of metal closures
- Ensure product quality, food safety compliance, and a strong safety culture
- Learn and apply SPC principles, SOPs, and productivity standards
- Manage equipment and production flow to maximize efficiency
- Develop, mentor, and assign work to employees while maintaining labor contract compliance
- Foster a positive workplace and lead with effective communication
What You Need:
- Production Supervisor or manufacturing supervisory experience, union experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment
