Looking for an opportunity to make a real impact through workforce strategy and analytics? We're seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to join our Richmond, VA team.
In this highly visible role, you'll partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to help shape workforce decisions through data-driven insights. From headcount forecasting and labor cost analysis to recruiting analytics and compensation benchmarking, you'll play a key role in supporting our organization's growth and success.
What you'll do:
• Build workforce forecasts and headcount models
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that drive business decisions
• Analyze labor costs, compensation trends, and workforce metrics
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring trends and workforce demand planning
• Support compensation analysis and offer development
• Deliver insights that help leaders plan for the future
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, compensation analysis, or a related area
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel
📍 Location: Richmond, VA
🏢 Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Compensation & Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and overall qualifications.
