- Operate and maintain CNC grinders, lathes, Bridgeport mills, welders, plasma cutters
- Perform tool and die machining using blueprints and precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pumps, and production equipment
- Refurbish and rebuild tooling for can-making machinery
- Measure and calculate raw material requirements
- Catalog and organize production tooling for efficiency
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with strict manufacturing tolerances
- Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures
- Operate plant equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and booms
- High School Diploma or GED - Trade school preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
