- Quarterly bonus based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics. Up to 11 percent bonus on top of base wage!

- Breinigsville has one of the youngest workforces across Silgan
- Operate Hyster sit-down forklift with cascade attachments
- Load and unload finished product, dunnage, aluminum coils, etc., on/from trucks
- Prepare finished can or sheet material for transfer to other departments
- Remove coil loads and other materials from trucks as they are delivered
- Assist the production, shipping, and receiving operations
We need you to have:
- 1 or more years working as a Forklift Operator in a Manufacturing or Warehousing environment
- Ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience and pass the certification required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
