What We Offer You
- Starting pay is $30.03/hour, with overtime available
- Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks
- $0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years
- Quarterly bonus based on plant performance

What You’ll Do
- Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
- Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
- Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus
- Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement
