What You Will Do as the Quality Manager
- Direct plant activities to ensure administrative quality procedures.
- Quality Control Software training, maintenance, and record control.
- Lead the plant's continuous improvement program and quality control software.
- Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.
- Proficiency with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customers.
