What You’ll Do:

• Operate and perform changeovers on the depalletizer machine.
• Verify sorting accuracy and visually inspect tin plate sheets and ends.
• Communicate with forklift drivers regarding sortable and non‑sortable materials.
• Maintain the HFI area and resolve random tag issues.
• Sort plain and coated tinplate sheets and prepare bundles for transport.
• Keep accurate daily records of all sorting activities.
• Move tinplate bundles throughout the facility using a forklift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare scrap sheets for external shipment.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong time‑management skills and a reliable work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Adequate upper body strength to push/pull tools and adjust equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable being in constant motion for 50–70% of your shift.
