Starting pay is $28.54-$29.78 per hour depending on experience

Shift: 6PM – 6AM (4 days on/4 days off)

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven, accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision.

• Services, sets-up, operates , maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up . Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality.

• Diagnoses mechanical and quality problems . Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays.

• Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as required and/or directed.

• Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Reports unusual events accidents, damage, and emergencies immediately to supervision.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
  

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to read, write, comprehend , and follow instructions

• Can-do, will-do attitude

• The hiring bonus is paid out in two installments of $500-the first after passing the 80-day probationary period and the second after completion of 6 months. This bonus is $1000 pre-tax.
