Your Role
Lead Press Department operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, GMP & SQF standards
Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity
Oversee maintenance schedules & preventive maintenance plans
Manage daily production meetings and provide actionable updates
Collaborate with QA and supervisors to resolve issues and review customer feedback
Promote safety programs and maintain 5S housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience)
5 years leadership experience in manufacturing or press operations
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Proficient computer skills & excellent communication
Ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement
