Job Responsibilities:
The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a high-speed production environment. This role requires strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software.

Requirements:
- Associate degree from a technical trade school or a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and machine operating equipment
- Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for maintenance tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
