- What we offer you:
- Weekly pay
- Start: $18.00 per hour
- Progress to $19.00 per hour after 1,040 hours
- Opportunity to earn up to $25.58 per hour with training and skill progression
- Consistent two-week rotation with multiple days off in a row:

- What you'll do:
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot automated box-making equipment
- Load, unload and inspect packaging materials and products
- Use equipment to move full pallets; shrink wrap and stage completed pallets
- Form, label, seal, and inspect filled cartons on pallets
- Check caps and packaging materials for defects
- Clear jams and maintain scrap conveying systems, including bailer operations
- Clean up scrap and maintain production area organization
- Cross- train to the Lithographer Stacker role
- Perform raw material inventory for production needs
- What you'll need to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferred
