What you’ll do:
- Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
- Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.
- Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.
- Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

You’ll need to have:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management
- Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
