What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Helper position at Silent Valley Club?
Other duties may be assigned.
- Repair flooring, work on plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning and heating systems, maintenance and repairs of buildings, roads, lights, roofs, windows, broken locks, check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues and other items in Silent Valley Club.
- Maintaining tools, trucks, and equipment.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance on common breakdowns
- Taking daily reads, and log keeping.
- Answer any calls for electric, water or sewer problems.
- Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
- Initiates and completes assigned projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reports immediately any issues that may have an impact on an employee’s safety to the management.
- Responds promptly to requests of the Maintenance Manager.
Housekeeping Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge or utility systems including maintenance, repair, and construction. Possession of a valid California drivers license and a clear DMV record. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Rate: $16 - $23 HR
