Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for a variety of positions across the organization. The specialist partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job postings, and ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience. Day-to-day activities include building talent pipelines, maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role also contributes to employer branding efforts, participates in career fairs and networking events, and collaborates with HR to improve recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
